Return Policy
We currently do not offer return or exchange as we are unable to restock returned or opened goods due to sanitation reasons. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If the item you received is damaged in transit, please contact us via email or through the contact us form within 3 days of delivery with photos to initiate the return.
How can I track my order once it is placed?
Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed your tracking number. In addition, you will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped. All packages will be processed through USPS. Eyekonik Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
May I change or update my order it has been placed?
To change or update your order placed, please contact us via email at shop@eyekonikaesthetics.com or by using the contact us tab.
When will my order be shipped?
Items are process 3-5 days after the order is placed. Orders are processed Monday- Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays. Orders placed after 4pm CST will be processed the next business day.
It says my package has been delivered but I can't find it, what should I do?
Once you have received your shipping conformation, the shipping carrier will have the most accurate information regarding your package. Eyekonik Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
